It has been nearly half a decade in the making, and would not be possible without the people who have made Scene6 what it is.
So before anything else, allow me to thank those who are too numerous to list by name, who have helped through supporting this journey long before Scene6 was even established. To the friends, family, mentors and clients who made this all possible – from when it was a camera restoration hobby in a cramped shop, to the love of taking photos that blossomed from it, the first big step that was Jon Morthole Photography and now the successful small business that is Scene 6 Photographic – Thank you.
What is coming?
Scene6 is proud to announce that we will be expanding our services to include a semipermanent studio space by Q1 of 2024, facilitating batch headshot days and more convenient studio availability. This means less headache for us, and most importantly lower prices for you!
We are also looking to expand our online service offerings around the same time to streamline scheduling and print services – further improving the Scene6 standard of quality you’ve come to trust and expect!
Final acknowledgements:
Once again I’d like to personally thank everyone who has supported us, and myself over the years. I would be remiss if I omitted these few names amidst the many who have been instrumental in making this business what it is. So a special thank you goes out to:
- Ellen Morthole – For undying support, creative advice, patience, and so much more than can be listed in one post. You have been a largely unseen pillar of support, and without you Scene6 could not exist.
- Benjamin Morthole – For always being available, even when it wasn’t convenient. You helped though the highs and lows, even helping fund some of the endeavors that have brought Scene6 to where it is.
- Thomas Morthole – For providing a sober voice of support, and well over 1,000 miles of help with transportation, literally getting this business where it needed to be from the beginning.
- O’Brian McKinley – For facilitating the acquisition of much-needed equipment and being a seasoned voice of experience in the realm of professional photography.
There are an easy 25+ more names I’d like to list had I the space, and I’m confident that you know who you are. So from the bottom of my heart to all of you comes my most sincere thanks.
